Rent is due July 1, 2016 and you have until July 5, 2016. Late Fees are added on July 6, 2016, if your rent has not been paid!
Make sure you are changing you A/C filters every 30 days. It will cut cost to your electric bill. Not changing the filter can make costly repair bills.
It is summer now, make sure we are cutting our grass, weed eating, trimming bushes on the property you reside in. This needs to be done every 2 weeks if not, more than that.
